• All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.Ebenezer is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN whom would provide personal cares to improve and / or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beautiful and active Assisted Living (Aurora on France) building in Edina, MN!Nursing schedule includes;
• 56 hours in two weeks, part-time scheduleEvening shift; shift differential pay for evening hoursEvery other weekend and holiday rotationGenerous and Full Benefits Package;

Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line. Aurora has 136 units offering a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living / Memory Care.

Responsibilities / Job DescriptionMonitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care PlanCoordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policiesRN Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as neededProvides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares providedQualificationsRequired : Current MN LPN license or by start dateAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers(3 week grace period for BLS)Preferred : Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systemsWork experience in a patient support role, LPN or RNGood written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providersAbility to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric populationNeed help finding the right job?
