Job Description Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead our observability platform team for the Developer Platform Engineering team at PayPal.

This critical role ensures developers have the tools they need to debug, investigate, and trace customer interactions efficiently and effectively.

As the lead product manager, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our observability solutions to enhance developer productivity and customer satisfaction.

Your day to day :

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the observability platform, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality observability solutions.
  • Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to execution and launch.
  • Analyze user feedback, market trends, and usage data to continuously improve the platform and identify new opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure the observability platform meets high standards of reliability, performance, and security.
  • Monitor and report on the success of product initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform future development.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $96900 to $234300.

For the majority of employees, PayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office for effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace.
