ID : 72893582 Shift : 07 : 00-19 : 30 Description : - RN - L&D (707) - Sky Ridge MC - 7 : 00AM - 7 : 30PM Unit Information : Labor & Delivery 08936 / 70715 Location : Sky Ridge Medical Center Address : 10101 RidgeGate Parkway, Lone Tree, CO 80124 Floor : 2nd Labor & Delivery Building : Main Sky Ridge Hospital General Information Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Beds 19 patient rooms, 6 PACU rooms, 6 triage rooms, 3 L&D ORs Number of Staff Matrix is 8-10 for night shift Type of staff : Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift 1 charge, 7-9 RNs, 1 CST Patient Ratios 2 : 1, 1 : 1 with complicated patients Type of equipment - FHR monitors (Novii and GE), FSE (fetal scalp electrodes), EMR CPN and Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. 3+ years of Labor / Delivery experience BLS, NRP ACLS, ALS (preferred) Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Mom / Baby, Peds and / or NICU experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Vaginal deliveries, c-section deliveries, Delivery of care through nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for labor and delivery patients, postpartum patients and high-risk antepartum patients.
