Office Manager requirements :
Great communication skills.
Well organized.
Is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and QuickBooks.
Has excellent problem solving skills.
Detail oriented.
Is able to follow and develop procedures and systems for office personnel including filing, billing, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Work with other office staff to ensure all processes are being followed and all work is being performed in a timely manner.
