As the Director of Enterprise Data, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our data management and strategy.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and work towards building a robust data infrastructure that supports our growth.
Your role will involve setting the vision and strategy for enterprise data, mentoring team members to advance this vision, implementing data governance policies, ensuring data quality and accuracy, and fostering a data-driven culture within the company organization.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise data strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Define and enforce data governance policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure, including data warehousing, data lakes, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data-related initiatives and projects that support business objectives.
- Drive data integration efforts to ensure seamless data flow across various systems and platforms.
- Establish and monitor data quality metrics and implement processes to improve data accuracy and integrity.
- Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive their professional growth.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of enterprise data management and recommend relevant tools and solutions to enhance our data capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address data-related challenges, and develop innovative solutions to improve data access, analysis, and reporting.
- Partner with sales and marketing leadership to enable data-driven revenue growth strategies.
- Champion a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting data literacy, advocating for data-driven decision-making, and fostering a strong data-driven mindset.

Requirements :
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing enterprise data management.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data architecture, and data integration methodologies.
- Experience with data management technologies such as MDM, data warehousing, ETL tools, data lakes, and business intelligence platforms.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices, such as GDPR, CCPA and HIPAA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering data projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the field of enterprise data management.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, or related field; or equivalent years of experience in the data field.
- 8-10 years working with enterprise level data infrastructure, analytics, reporting, and governance.
