Position Overview

We are recruiting for a Senior Requirements Consultant who will support the critical functions for mission clients in the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit and manage requirements from stakeholders
  • Conduct requirements verification and validation
  • Develop and use metrics for activities and processes
  • Support technical writing of requirements and deliverables
  • Support development of requirements specifications
  • Develop, implement and use requirements processes
  • Oversee requirement change control and change notification
  • Develop Use Cases with customer and user
  • Evaluate requirements risk
  • Provide training on requirements processes

Required Qualifications

  • Significant experience writing software functional requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to research desired capabilities to ensure technical and functional requirements capture the complete user need
  • Active TS / SCI clearance with polygraph required #qinetiqclearedjob
