Responsibilities :
Provides oversight for quality and accreditation activities for assigned Northside care locations. Provides supervision to assigned coordinators to ensure that assigned areas are accreditation ready.
Qualifications : REQUIRED
REQUIRED
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or health care related field.
- Demonstrated effective team leadership skills.
- Minimum of 3 years combined experience in health care field in the following functions : Quality Improvement or TJC coordination, either in hospital or ambulatory settings.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and report writing.
- Provides clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, objective judgement, self-direction and motivation.
- Ability to function effectively with a wide variety of disciplines, including physicians and nurses.
- Make presentations on topics related to quality and regulatory issues.
- Able to participate as part of a team to accomplish an assigned project.
PREFERRED
- Master of Science degree
- Supervisory experience
- Training as team leader and facilitator
- Certification in Health Care Quality.
