The Marketing Specialist is responsible for maintaining a strong Chartway presence across digital channels. This role will support website management, SEO implementation, digital campaign management, and reporting on marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless user experience and high-quality digital presence for Chartway's brand.
Responsible and Accountable for : Updating and testing website content, links, and navigation paths to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Working with the website vendor on website upgrade projects as neededUtilizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) best practices to generate quality traffic toGathering and analyzing website traffic, online behaviors, channel sources, funnels and conversion rates;
compiling data from Google Analytics, social media channels, online banking advertising platform, email marketing platform and other tools as needed into larger integrated marketing reportsWorking with digital banking team to schedule digital ads on Chartway's online and mobile banking platforms to increase engagement and reachSupporting the execution of multi-channel digital strategies, including social media, email, and online advertising, and others, as neededMonitoring digital marketing trends, industry news, and competitorsProcessing marketing invoices on related projects and maintaining records of marketing spend within the marketing budget, as neededWorking on related digital marketing programs, as neededKnowledge, Skills and Abilities : Experience with web design and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Wix, Drupal or similarStrong analytical skillsOutstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectivelyCollaborative problem solverDeadline driven team player with ability to prioritizeExceptional communication skills both verbally and in writingSolid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and other applicationsAbility to work independently with a high degree accuracyProficiency in Google Analytics and other tracking toolsStrong understanding of SEO best practices and SEM tools, is a plusEducation and Experience : Training in Marketing, Digital Media or Communications preferredExperience : 3+ years of progressively more responsible job-related experience in digital marketingChartway offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
