Immediate opportunity for a s seasoned Project Manager who brings an Agile mindset and proven success delivering a variety of corporate IT and systems development programs and strategic projects.

Ideally seeking a professional experienced in leading an Agile Release Train (ART), or several agile teams through the systems development lifecycle from planning through hyper care, with ability to work in close partnership with IT, business leaders and executive sponsors.

Experience guidelines :

• Extensive experience in providing design documents and translating into component-level designs to accelerate development
• Proven ability to size a development effort
• Experience in managing large and complex technical projects
• Leader in defining and development of project requirements, functional specifications, and detailed designs of application solutions
• Understanding of fundamentals of IT Architecture & Systems to deliver solutions is a must
• Experience in integrating multiple systems (logic and data) across the enterprise is required
• Functional knowledge and experience in implementing large and complex solutions either related to software, data or Infrastructure projects is required
• Project Management (PMI) or Agile Certification
• Ability to create and follow work and data flow charts
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and various delivery methodologies incluiding Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, SAFE)
• Bachelors Degree
• 7+ years leading system development within complex environments
• Experience managing projects sized @ $500K -$1M, or up to 5 small projects at a time, with teams less / 25 people or less
• Proven ability to lead a team with Agile delivery values
• Create work break down structures to support project delivery and track plan
• Experience managing multiple medium to complex projects across multiple functions including planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and satisfaction of project requirements
• Proven experience successfully managing business and technical resources under an integrated project plan to ensure the alignment of resources
• Ability to take ownership for managing all aspects of project management from discovery through delivery implementation
• Experience presenting, escalating, and providing solutions to senior leadership
• Experience managing a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
• Ability to quickly assess projects at the onset for areas of risk, identify gaps and recommend areas for improvement
• Experience in change management related aspects of project execution and ability to incorporate change considerations in planning / execution of projectsScrum Master :
• Develop communications, training strategies and execute against them
• Create and maintain project budgets
• Identify, analyze, track, and manage to closure project risks and issues
• Manage and organize project teams to support project needs
• Manage projects to successfully meet business requirements and outcomes
• Manage project progress and create effective status reports in line with PMO standards
• Ensures that solutions and services deliver at or above expected business value
• Engage and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
• Execute required change management activities including training and communication
• In collaboration with key stakeholders, forecast financial and resource needs to meet established objectives for delivery
• Plan and run test plans

This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days onsite to drive collaboration, with 2 days per week remote.
