We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide exceptional care in our Cardiac Vascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).

sign off bonus $200 ( after completion of initial contract of 13 weeks) only for candidates beyond 60 mils from client location

Position Details

Start Dates : 11 / 04, 11 / 12

Work Schedule : 36 hours per week, with the possibility of 48 hours upon request

On Call : 4 call shifts in a 6-week schedule

Weekend Requirement : Every third weekend

Floating : Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity

Qualifications

Certifications Required : ACLS, BLS

Skills Required :

Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias

Post Cardiac Surgery care (not directly from the OR)

Assisting with Chest Tube Insertion / Removal

Care of Ventilated Patients

Pacer / temp pacer / transvenous pacer management

Skills Preferred : Lumbar drain

Experience : Minimum 2 years required, with at least 1 prior travel assignment

Charting System : Cerner / med connect

Communication : SBAR / shift note

Medication System : Pyxis

Health Requirement : This facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine.
