Sirva is now seeking Systems and Business Process Analyst to support our international clientele based out of AU &NZ / APAC region.

This role requires flexibility to shift times and offers a hybrid working model with work from home available.

Position Overview :

The main purpose of this role is to elicit business requirements from internal and external customers, translate those requirements into functional and non-functional specifications and work with the application development team to ensure that deliverables satisfy business needs. Also responsible for leading smaller projects or change requests.

Functions and Responsibilities :

Business Requirements

  • Determine the appropriate method or methods to be used for requirements gathering for the project objectives to be achieved.
  • Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with internal and external customers; elicit, document and communicate requirements to the application development team.
  • Review and synthesize existing system and / or process documentation
  • Using industry-standard analysis techniques (e.g., data flow modelling, use cases, workflow analysis) to ensure that business, user (functional) and technical requirements are thoroughly documented and communicated.

Systems Design

  • Collaborate in business / user facing design efforts and obtain business / user approval of design
  • Provide continuing input to systems design as requested by technical staff
  • Create or update system specifications as needed
  • Own the creation of the functional design documents
  • User Training

  • Work with Learning and Development to provide documentation needed to create training materials
  • Implementation

  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of implementation plans as required by Project Management.
  • Conduct implementation activities as required by Project Management'
  • Support

  • Monitor and complete tickets from the support queue. This includes assisting in issue identification, tracking and troubleshooting efforts submitted by the Account Management and Operations teams
  • Project and Change Request Management

  • Lead small projects and / or change requests to completion.
  • Qualifications and Preferred Skills :

  • Excellent customer service and rapport building skills
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
  • Ability to think of and present ideas clearly and logically
  • Must be a self-starter with initiative and drive
  • Must be able to transfer knowledge to others effectively
  • Experience in a highly customer focused role
  • Training experience is advantageous but not a necessity
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects, objectives and deadlines
  • Technologically savvy and previous experience working in a Business Analyst or similar position where there was involvement in system development
  • Display database system acumen that will enable a rapid understanding of our SMARTS and AMOS relocation and moving service coordination system.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite. Effective use of Visio (whilst not mandatory) will be highly regarded.
  • Education and Certification Requirements :

    Proven experience in providing service to corporate clients which involves following complex transactional processes. Also able to incorporate clients' needs and wants and incorporate this into workable solutions and service provisions and finally into a highly performing internal process
