Oracle CSS North America - Business Development Sr. Director

Job Description :

Responsible for the identification of relevant new business opportunities and designing a "go-to-market" plan to deliver measurable and significant revenues.

Pursues sales opportunities in the market and leads the beginning of the sales cycle.

  • Experienced Business Development Manager - Strategic Business Development experience (not cold calling)
  • Strong analytical skills including data analysis
  • Demonstrated initiative
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Sales background beneficial
  • Management experience beneficial
  • Cross Line of Business :
  • Define / drive Tech and SaaS services messaging to cross line of business (xLoB) sales / engineering teams
  • Drive awareness of CSS service offerings with Oracle xLoB sales / engineering organizations
  • Educate cross line of business sales teams on CSS service offerings
  • Work cross line of business to position CSS Tech and SaaS services with customers
  • Act as liaison within CSS for xLoB sales forces
  • Working with internal CSS Sales teams :
  • Define Tech and SaaS services messaging for CSS sales teams
  • Create Tech and SaaS related services content and messaging
  • Educate sales team regarding CSS Tech and SaaS services
  • Identify, position, and advance Tech and SaaS services sale into relevant opportunities
  • Act as subject matter expert for CSS Tech and SaaS services in executive customer conversations
  • Responsible for executive level reporting of CSS Tech and SaaS services leads / opportunities and overall business for internal Oracle audiences
  • Overall management of CSS Tech and SaaS services leads for CSS NA

Range and Benefit Information :

US : Hiring Range : from $126,600 to $207,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60 / 40 - 70 / 30.
