A company is looking for a Payroll & HR Specialist to manage payroll processing and provide HR support.
Key Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain payroll records while ensuring compliance and accuracy
Provide general HR support, manage employee data, and assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks
Support HR reporting, invoice processing, and cross-functional HR projects as needed
Required Qualifications
Associate degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or at least 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of education
General knowledge of Human Resources functional areas
Demonstrated knowledge of payroll, data integrity, reporting, and compliance
Must exhibit the highest level of integrity and confidentiality
Proven success in a fast-paced and changing environment
