With a crew of up to 10, you'll oversee production goals, maintain a safe work environment, and troubleshoot equipment with mechanical finesse.
Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a job shop, a knack for woodworking tools (think table saws and routers), and a keen eye for detail.
Whether it's crafting wood doors, HM frames, or diving into cabinetry, your hands-on skills will shine. Plus, you'll ensure our final products meet top-notch quality standards because excellence is our trademark.
