Our client is a growing general contractor in the Pacific Northwest with a massive portfolio of projects specializing in ground up and tenant improvement commercial projects.
Their project mainly focusing in the health care, life science, and tech / data centers. This company is looking for individuals that are passionate about the projects they work on as well as looking for hard working individuals that can problem solve all different situations.

Description
- Sourcing and securing new business opportunities by establishing contacts and sustaining long term relationships.
- Demonstrating a credible interface with clients, design professionals and consultants.
- Estimating projects for future development.
- Managing project buy-out.
- Outlining work plan, establishing operational priorities and assigning duties, responsibilities, and scope of work.
- Managing a project schedule with the Project Team.
- Writing subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Writing and reviewing Owner / Contractor agreements.
- Completing chain of events paperwork to include RFI submittals, change orders and close-out documents.
- Reviewing the operating results of the construction team and taking steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct any unsatisfactory results.
- Running Owner / Architect / Contractor meetings and distributing meeting minutes.
- Supervise completion of punch-lists and follow up on all warranty work.
- Training, delegating and mentoring staff effectively.
- Ensuring safety standards and regulations are followed.
Profile
- 4 year construction degree or equivalent combinations of technical training or related experience
- Has strong project knowledge in doing commercial TIs
- Proficient management, leadership, business development, and technical skills
- Has experience using procore, Timberline, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office
- Able to perform functions efficiently and accurately with minimal direct supervision
- Has written and verbal communication skills, and is detailed oriented and has the ability to meet deadlines
