Vice President of North AmericanSales

The Vice President Sales Windows will be responsible for managing all aspects of thetraditional national account and commercial sales channels for thecompanys Windows Business Unit.

The ideal candidate must possessand display a positive attitude with relentless passion for growingthe assigned business.

The position will be a primary member withinthe windows leadership team and will be a key role in developingand implementing strategies and driving financialresults.

Principle Duties andResponsibilities

  • Establishes and implements sales strategies to supportsales and profit growth within the assigned sales channels andacross the companys enterprise.
  • Developsannual sales plans and associated regional sales budgets
  • Manages all sales team members and processes.
  • Cultivates and fosters strong working relationships withexternal and internal stakeholders.
  • Attendsand participates in key trade and customer events.
  • Trains mentors and motivates the sales team.
  • Coaches and develops future leaders of thebusiness.
  • Ability to manage and plan multipletasks / projects simultaneously.

Education andExperience

  • Bachelorsdegree in engineering Marketing Business Management or a relatedfield
  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years relevantexperience in consumer durable products industry through salesproduct management or marketing
  • Masters (MBA)Degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience of developing and driving a sales channel;developing programs and building longterm relationships.
  • Experience developing and deploying strategic initiativesto profitably expand and grow a business.
  • Solid computer skills with experience in the MicrosoftOffice Suite to include Excel Word Processing and PowerPointpresentations.

MUSTHAVE

  • Masters (MBA)Degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 710years relevant experience in consumer durable products industrythrough sales product management or marketing
  • Experience of developing and driving a sales channel;developing programs and building longterm relationships.
  • Experience developing and deploying strategic initiativesto profitably expand and grow a business.
  • Experience and Proven ability to drive topline growth insmall to medium sized customer base versus high volume sales with ahandful of largescale retail chains.
  • Experience and Demonstrated success in the growth anddevelopment of a national sales force.
  • Experience and Exposure in the building materialsmanufacturing space.
  • Solid computer skillswith experience in the Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel WordProcessing and PowerPoint presentations.

ADDITIONALINFORMATION

  • Will NOTconsider anyone that does not have a masters degree orequivalent.
  • Will NOT consider anyone that doesNOT have experience in the building materials space.
  • Ideal candidate will have more than 7 years of nationallevel sales leadership that is responsible for more than $1B intotal top line sales in the building materials space an MBA fromthe Charlotte metro area (or willing to relocate) and a proventrack record of turning around a failing sales team.
