ENTRY LEVEL COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities :

• Media and Social Media Monitoring : Track media coverage and social media mentions related to clients' events, analyzing key metrics to assess communication effectiveness.
• Campaign Assistance : Help plan and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and brand messaging.
• Media Inquiries : Respond to media inquiries and provide timely and professional information about clients' events.
• Asset Management : Maintain and update media lists, contact databases, and other communication resources.
• Industry Awareness : Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in event marketing and communications.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Skills :
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
