Job Title : Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum Nurse Director
Location : Grand Junction, CO On-site
Salary : $114,400 - $131,560
Position Type : Full-time

Role Summary :
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Nurse Director with expertise in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum care to lead their exceptional team.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the delivery rooms, manage staff assignments, and ensure optimal patient care.
Your leadership will help maintain the highest standards of nursing by upholding state regulations and enforcing the hospital’s philosophies of care.
Additionally, you will play a key role in budgeting, recruiting, training, and maintaining essential medical and administrative equipment.

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
At least 10 years of experience in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum care
5 years of Leadership / Directorship experience
Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Colorado
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Desired Qualifications :
Master’s Degree preferred
Proven experience managing nursing staff, developing schedules, and overseeing patient care in a labor and delivery setting
Strong background in managing budgets, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health standards
