Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to individuals across various age groups and health conditions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and document patient histories accurately.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, associate degree in nursing acceptable.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family interaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
