Optimal Home Care is looking for our next part time Behavorial Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team in the Denver Metro area! There is a $12,000 Sign-On Bonus!

About the Position :

The goal of the home health Behavorial Health Registered Nurse (RN) is to return the patient to the highest practicable level of independence and well-being within the community with self-management of disease and other identified processes.

When the highest practicable level of well-being is not independence, the goal is to prepare the patient and family / caregivers for a continuum of care within the home and / or within other community-based health care systems.

Pay : $75,000-100,000

Qualifications

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Care treatment setting
• Must be currently hold a Registered Nurse license in good standing in the state of Colorado.
• Must be able to communicate in the language of the client and document client related activity as appropriate.
• Possesses adequate and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess adequate and effective interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with OASIS required.
