The Director of Sales will report to the VP of Sales and will lead the sales strategy and execution for the Florida region.
This role involves driving sales and revenue growth by selling Utility-scale Inverters used in utility-scale PV and Energy Storage projects prospecting leading IPPs, Developers, and EPCs.
Although engineers and project managers will assist in this role, candidates must possess excellent technical knowledge and the capacity to converse in-depth about product specifications and use cases.
Key Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree (Masters preferred)
- 7+ years selling central inverters or ESS systems in the utility scale market, or equivalent PV Utility experience
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV and Energy Storage markets and use cases
- Ability to travel up to 50-60% of the time
- Self-starter, strong initiatives, team player and an excellent communicator
- Problem solving / analytical skills
- Presentation creation and delivery for customers
Salary Range : $125K - $150K
