Position Overview :

  • The Territory Sales Manager will represent TSDC’s product line within the wholesale business.
  • In this pivotal role, you will drive customer acquisition, expand revenue growth, and ensure our company remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and developing relationships with glaziers, dealers, and wholesale distributors, expanding the business footprint.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • Master TSDC’s product line to confidently represent it to clients.
  • Travel frequently (approximately 65% of the time) to support sales efforts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the glazier, dealers, and wholesale distribution industry, promoting TSDC’s offerings.
  • Schedule on-site meetings and presentations to showcase products and services effectively.
  • Visit client locations to provide a personalized service and strengthen rapport.
  • Manage sales territory, account follow-ups, and pipeline opportunities efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Provide insights to management on market trends and evolving customer needs.
  • Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of experience in wholesale sales, benefit is selling directly to glaziers.
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly via phone, email, in-person, and digital platforms like MS Teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans that adapt to market changes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
