Genesis Medical Center is looking a CT Surgery locum with full-time availability to help cover ASAP!
- Dates of coverage : ASAP ongoing
- Monday-Friday clinic (8a-4 : 30p) plus call
- Call Rotation 1 : 2
- Reason for coverage : current provider moving out of area
- Practice Setting : clinic / hospital / OR
- 2-3 procedures per week; about 12 clinic patients per day on average
- Trauma Level 3
- Annual ER Volume : 75,000
- 1 designated OR for CT Surgery; 30 rooms total
- Adult & Geriatric patients
- 60-90 day credentialing timeframe

Requirement description :
- Board Certified by ABTS
- Must be fellowship trained
- Active IA license or IMLC
- Comfortable with listed procedures in attached practice description
- ACLS
Rates needed for submission :
- Orientation
- Hourly (or Daily)
- Holiday Hourly(or Daily)
- Holiday OT
- Nightly Call
- Holiday Nightly Call
- On Call Daily
- Holiday On Call Daily
- Call Back
