NAS/CNAS LEAD CAREGIVER $18-25/HR

Job Summary : Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Lead Caregiver to join our growing team.

This individual will be responsible for providing personal care services to our senior clients, as well as overseeing and providing guidance to other caregivers.

The Lead Caregiver will play a crucial role in maintaining the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our clients while upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism.

g. bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.) - Administer medications and monitor clients' health and wellbeing - Oversee and provide guidance to other caregivers on the team, including but not limited to scheduling, training, and performance evaluations - Maintain accurate and detailed records of clients' care plans, progress, and any changes in condition - Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as other healthcare professionals - Ensure the safety and comfort of clients at all times, and promptly address any concerns or issues that may arise - Uphold the company's values and high standards of care, and promote a positive and respectful work environment Requirements : - High school diploma or equivalent required;
