As the Amazon Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy to drive Skechers’ product sales on Amazon.

You will need to develop the appropriate objectives and KPIs based on partnering with Sales, Amazon, the Amazon Site Experience Director, and the Sales Operations Analyst that will ultimately help deliver the commercial plan.

You will need to manage an external team dedicated to executing the marketing campaigns, adjusting based on real-time insights.

Essential Job Results

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to maximize Skechers’ sales on Amazon. Set goals and objectives with measurable KPIs based on collaborating closely with Sales and Amazon.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the marketplace on Amazon, leveraging the Sales Operations Analyst and Amazon data, to guide all decision making.
  • Build a comprehensive annual marketing calendar that provides visibility to all marketing activities on Amazon.
  • Partner with the Amazon Site Experience Director to ensure an excellent customer experience for any campaign. Collaborate with the Creative team to create campaign content.
  • Manage an external team to execute Sponsored Ads to drive product discovery and sales. Make adjustments to campaigns in real time based on analyzing the performance of each campaign.
  • Layer on Amazon Advertising and Events to ensure a holistic approach to marketing on Amazon based on set objectives and strategies.

Lead the cross-functional teams on all aspects of Amazon Advertising and Events to ensure execution.

  • Coordinate with our licensed partners to bring one unified Skechers’ voice to the Amazon shopper, maximizing everyone’s campaign ROIs.
  • Share learnings and best practices with global markets.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience on Amazon is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Business, or related) or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Amazon Advertising reports, Amazon Brand Analytics).
  • Familiarity with Amazon's advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and highly organized.
  • Self-directed and a strong drive to compete and win.
  • Able to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to frequent changes, and the ability to react quickly.
  • Hybrid schedule - onsite in Hermosa and Manhattan Beach offices 3 days per week.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 USD per year.
