Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy
- Current license and / or registration as a Physical Therapist
Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on MD's orders
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure accurate documentation
Work Settings : Outpatient, rehabilitation center, long term care, inpatient, clinic, nursing home, acute care, hospital
