Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for a Construction Assistant Project Manager in Boston, MA.
Construction Assistant Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Construction Assistant Project Manager is $90,000 - $110,000.

Construction Assistant Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the maintenance of project schedules using MS Project.
- Plan and specification review for coordination and VE purposes.
- Document control : RFI's, Submittals, Change Orders, Shop Drawings, etc.
- Work with PE's and Project Superintendents to resolve constructability issues.
- Permit tracking, assist in bidding and buyouts, field office set up and mobilization efforts.
- Assist in preparation and review of Scope of Work for subcontractors.
- All other duties as assigned.
Construction Assistant Project Manager Qualifications :
- Employment Stability.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering OR 6+ years applicable experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in construction procedures, codes, etc.
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Procore.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred but Not Necessary
- College Degree Preferred, not mandatory.
