Sales Support Specialist
Department : Claims & Estimating MN Location : Eagan, MN
or PCS Residential is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be highly organized, have exceptional teamwork skills, maintain accountability to the jobs and team they support, and have excellent communication and documentation skills.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000

Essential Duties :
The Sales Support Specialist will work hand-in-hand with assigned salespersons to support all sales efforts. This position has primary responsibility to ensure that all jobs move timely and diligently through the process.
- Manage job files from inception through project close.
- Provide excellent customer service and consistent communication to the customer throughout the entirety of the job.
- Ensure tracking / statuses of individual files are accurate and up to date in real time.
- Be one step ahead, and hold all parties accountable, to successful job flow, to completion.
- Help administer photo reports, contracts, and documentation for adjustments, work orders, and job turn-in.
- Efficiently compile and build back-end documentation packets for timely submission to insurance carriers; escalate back-end supplement assistance to the Regional Claims Manager.
- Assist the customer and salesperson in the collection of required funds to launch and closeout the job.
- Create accurate and timely invoicing to the customer; escalate file to controller for final collection.
Education and Work Experience Requirements :
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in the exterior restoration industry preferred.
- Detail oriented, thorough, and accurate,
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize demanding workload.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to self-manage and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, Word, Excel and Adobe.
