Seeking Insurance Sales Apprentices! Farmers Insurance is looking for an entrepreneurial, community centered, sales-minded individual to join our team in the Park Ridge area.
This sales producer program provides the opportunity for an agent candidate to develop their skills and business knowledge while employed with a top performing Farmers agent.

Responsibilities
Duties :
- Sell various types of insurance policies to clients, including auto, home, and life insurance
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Prospect and market
- Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance policies to clients
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims and provide support throughout the claims process
- Achieve sales targets
Requirement
Requirements :
- Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales
- IL Property / Casualty and Life / Health licenses
- No felonies / gross misdemeanors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
