Job Description : Office Assistant
Mini Mops Office Assistant Job Purpose : Supports company operations by assisting with the maintenance and management of office, operational, sales, and safety systems.
Mini Mops Office Assistant Job Duties :
Maintains office services and efficiency by following office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; maintaining filing systems;
procuring supplies and equipment; performing clerical functions.
Assists with handling client care and sales, including : on-site client estimates; client scheduling; client communication (by phone, email and traditional mail);
client complaint resolution.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results; purchasing supplies and equipment;
laundering reusable supplies.
- Keeps executive management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Manages company safety program to remain in compliance with OSHA and insurance requirements, including : performing routine safety inspections;
scheduling and running routine safety meetings and training; keeping safety program updated.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;
establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Represents company with membership in local networking organizations, including BNI, Fresno Women’s Network, Fresno County Women’s Chamber of Commerce, etc.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills / Qualifications : Verbal and Written Communication, Customer Service and Sales, Microsoft Office (Access, Outlook, Word and Excel), Staff and Client Scheduling, Presentation and Networking Skills, Supply Management, Inventory Control, Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus
