- Provides evaluation program planning andtreatment of patients referred to PhysicalTherapy
- Provides documentation of the above andeducation to patients families hospital staff andstudents

- Ensures thatall patients are helped to meet their maximum potential through thequality care and input to medical management provided by thePhysical Therapist and that the therapist continues his or herprofessional growth and development contribution to the MedicalCenter
Education :
Completion of a Bachelor of Science MastersDegree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited academicprogram.
RequiredLicensure Certification Etc. :
- Current State licensure as Physical Therapistrequired.
- AHA Healthcare Provider CPRrequired.
Experience :
- 3 years of Physical Therapist experiencerequired
- Successful completion of clinicalinternships as required by the academicprogram
