Responsibilities :
- Set a safe and steady speed that targets high productivity and low waste
- Plan and set up machines
- Constantly monitor and act upon quality issues, informing the machine adjusters immediately
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Pack products
- Inspect finished product for proper lamination and printing appearance
- Be open to overtime as needed, may need to work 12 hour shifts to cover for vacations (rare but it can happen)
- Maintain good work ethic, work attitude, and attendance. Communication, communication, communication!
