Job Purpose :
The role of Regional Manager - Service will be responsible for executing the after sales business strategy roadmap in your region in RENA for achieving brand led business growth.
The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of after sales, customer care and spare parts and will work with cross functional teams consisting of sales, services, marketing and aftersales for delivering the business and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Dealership assessments, evaluating the channel partner's spare part sales & service processes, with a focus on total customer satisfaction
- Ensuring that the channel partners maintain their profitability by covering various aspects of business like service vehicle reporting, spare parts operations, warranty operations etc.
- Ensuring channel partner’s service infrastructure and readiness for new product launches.
- Analyze channel partner’s performance, identify areas of improvements, devise and implement strategies to improve channel partners performance.
- Monitoring customer complaints, field concerns and quality issues, working for problem resolution coordinating with the central After Sales Team.
- Service marketing, conducting camps and other activities to win back lost customers and thereby increasing service load and service & parts revenue.
Work Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree / Graduation
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) - Marketing / Advertising / Communications
Experience
- 10+ years experience in after sales, spare parts & network development in the Automobile Industry
- Strong technical background, awareness of consumer laws in the country
