A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager - Remote (PST).
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned book of business and serve as the main point of contact for clients
Assist in marketing and servicing clients, including preparing renewal submissions and processing insurance-related requests
Mentor and train Account Assistants as assigned and ensure service deliverables meet client expectations
Required Qualifications, Training and Education
Knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage
High School diploma or Associates Degree
California Property & Casualty License
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applied Epic
Ability to manage multiple tasks and client needs effectively
