Job Description :
This job is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery and health of key digital capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria, partnering with designers to develop client journeys, refining scope in collaboration with Technology teams, guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing, and ensuring successful go-to-market.
Job expectations include leveraging subject matter expertise and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems.
This role will specifically partner with Client Protection and Digital partners to transform our approach on fraud and scam prevention in digital channels, prioritizing client experience while strengthening defenses and empowering clients to be active participants in their own data security.
Key responsibilities will include collaborating on a unified business / digital strategy, defining clear KPIs aligned to core business goals, and influencing all stakeholders to drive decisions and sponsorship of our roadmap.
Responsibilities :
- Delivers world-class digital software solutions, meets business and client needs, and manages timing, budget, and scope constraints
- Owns operational routines, governance, and best practices that guarantee industry leading go-to-market and a healthy performance for the bank's digital solutions
- Oversees governance, risk management, use of data, and client feedback to drive feature roadmap and prioritization at the project level
- Manages project planning, sprint, and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program roadmap leveraging Agile principles
- Creates presentations and written materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to enhance project outcomes
- Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank, ensure successful delivery of assigned work, and secure ongoing support for owned features
