THE OPPORTUNITY :

We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment Senior Associate or Counsel with 4-9 years of experience providing advice to sophisticated employers and handling complex, face-paced trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation and matters on their behalf.

You'll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group : Labor & Employment Department

THE DAY-TO-DAY :

As a senior associate or counsel in the Labor & Employment Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

YOU HAVE :

• 4-9 years' high-caliber experience representing employers in labor and employment matters
• Experience advising and counseling employers on trade secrets / non-compete litigation, defending companies in employment litigation, restrictive covenants, computer fraud, and other general but sophisticated-employment law topics
• Excellent writing and communication skills that allow you to advocate effectively with clients and on their behalf
• A desire to work hard for discerning clients and with exceptional colleagues, all of whom expect the very best from the lawyers on their team
• Intellectual curiosity and high emotional intelligence
• Excellent academic credentials and solid work ethic
• Stellar analytical skills
• Experience providing practical business solutions to clients
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
• The ability to walk and chew gum at the same time; i.e., the skills to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Admission to the Georgia bar is required, Florida is a plus
