As a Senior Consultant, you will be in an onsite client-facing role that supports Point B's growth by leading mid-sized business and technical projects that help our clients solve their business challenges.

A Senior Consultant advises clients and implements solutions by combining project management fundamentals with an ability to engage and manage client stakeholders, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO :

• Advise clients and implement solutions by combining project management fundamentals with an ability to engage and manage client stakeholders, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Develop and manage project structures, schedules, budgets, resource plans, etc.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and recommend key decisions for projects.
• Prepare, review, understand, and maintain complex project documentation.
• Effectively lead meetings and drive discussions to necessary resolution to keep the project moving forward.
• Provide oversight for the quality of workstreams and / or components of the project.
• Build strong partnerships through effective collaboration with team members and client stakeholders.
• Identify potential Point B opportunities and make introductions to appropriate contacts.
• Grow network through exceptional client service delivery and maintain relationships to support Point B business development.
• Coach and mentor Point B associates and clients in developing new skills and growing their careers.
• Leverage individual strengths and abilities to get the work done.
• Consistently demonstrate and live Point B cultural tenets and values.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE :

• 7 to 10 years leading or participating in business or technology projects, preferably in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Ability to manage complex projects, conduct business analysis efforts, and process improvement activities.
• PM experience leading mid-sized projects.
• Cross-industry experience highly desired, or deep experience in a strategic industry.
• Consulting experience desired, customer-facing experience required.
• Experience coaching or advising others on PM activities.
• Experience with technology, systems implementation, PMO, operations, or process improvement desired.
• Experience being an effective member of a team.
• Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree.
