Job Description
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer is a crucial part of the Americas BDS Cybersecurity organization. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for deploying and maintaining a Privileged Access Management program using CyberArk for large-scale environments.
This role will be reporting to the leader of the Identity and Access Management services team. The role is primarily remote, and travel should be expected based on business needs such as meeting with customers and partners.

Required Skills & Experience
- Setting up, implementing, and onboarding CyberArk.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or Cyber Security.
- Experience in Cybersecurity, with at least one (3) year of work experience supporting CyberArk / Infrastructure.
- CyberArk certification or Security-related certification will be considered
- CED and CPC certifications
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Deploying and implementing Privileged Identity Management using CyberArk solution for large scale customers.
- Implementing and managing CyberArk Suite of products.
- Administering Privileged User accounts and various Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components.
- Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows servers, LINUX servers, SaaS applications, and Cloud environments.
- Creating and Managing Safes, Platforms and Owners.
- Managing Central Policy Manager (CPM) policies or redistribution.
- Knowledge on CPM and PSM connector customization.
- Performing health check monitoring on all CyberArk severs to ensure consistent availability of the system to end-user.
- Testing and certifying new product versions and bug fixes and providing detailed reports.
- Periodically performing Discovery and Auditing Scans and identifying the privileged accounts.
- Identifying and developing automation opportunities.
- Creating documents of high quality.
