Job Description :
- Responsible for patient care in a medical-surgical orthopedic trauma unit.
- Capable of floating to similar units within the hospital system as needed.
- Comfortable working weekends and on call as required.
- Document patient care in the designated hospital documentation system.
- Adhere to the hospital’s scrub policy : navy blue scrubs.
- Complete required orientation hours.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and support to patients and their families.
