Employment Type : We are looking for driven and hardworking individuals to join our team. Stretch Zone is the pioneer in practitioner assisted stretching.
Our locations span across the country, and we continue to grow every day. We are seeking out individuals versed in sales with a fitness and management background.
If selected, the applicant must be able to complete two weeks of training where they will learn our modalities as well as how to manage a location.
Training will be paid for by the company and you will be paid as a 10-99 employee during training.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Background in Anatomy, Physiology, Exercise Science, Personal Training, Physical Therapy, etc.
- Experience in sales; membership sales preferred.
- Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
- Knowledge of financial models and budget preparation.
- Well-organized and self-directed team player.
- Good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor.
- Detail-oriented individual who is committed to developing people.
- Strategic contributor in long- and short-range strategic planning.
- Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationships.

Our ideal clients are athletes, regular individuals looking to increase their range of motion, and we specialize with post-Physical Therapy on hip and knee replacements and spinal fusions.
We are expanding south into Thompson's Station, and our current General Manager is moving to that location. You will be supported by a team that has a proven path to success.
We are looking for a rock star to keep our Franklin location at the top!
Hours : You will be responsible for the entire store but expected to work at the club Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Some Saturdays will be required through events, but you will be able to manage your hours.
Our current store hours are 6 : 30am-8pm Mon - Friday, 6 : 30am - 7pm Friday, and 7am-4pm on Saturday. Closed Sundays.
