THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR RESTAURANT MANAGER
YOUR ROLE :
You oversee our daily operations to make sure every day goes off seamlessly and without a hitch. You manage the front- and back-of-house, coordinate schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure everyone is informed about our specials.
When we hire new staff, you train them on the best food and customer service practices. You regularly check portion sizes, food quality, and sales receipts to make sure everything looks great.
If a guest is ever unhappy, you promptly take care of the problem.
OUR REQUIREMENTS :
- Strong English communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to perform the necessary physical duties
- Great people skills and ability to solve problems
Management experience or training would be a bonus!
