The Boeing Company is seeking Mid-Level and Senior Manufacturing Planners to support our Interiors Reliability Center in North Charleston, SC (Ladson, SC).

The IRCSC is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate, Mid-Level and Senior Manufacturing Planners.

Primary Responsibilities :

Develops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.

Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.

Develops and integrates suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.

Reviews and approves supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met.

Develops tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.

Manages tools from initial design to end of use disposition.

Investigates and resolves manufacturing related issues.

Performs producibility assessments for part or product designs.

Provides producibility input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.

Develops integrated work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.

Drafts, updates and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

3 or more years' of experience in working in a manufacturing environment and understanding and integrating engineering intent and requirements.

Experienced problem solver with knowledge of aircraft structure, interior commodities, and / or systems.

Comfortable and knowledgeable working in a shop floor or ship side support, rapid reaction force role to support the interior parts and assembly or aircraft build.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :

3 or more years' of experience in production planning, owning value stream build plans, and understanding engineering intent and requirements.

3 or more years' of experience writing parts build or aircraft work instructions utilizing People, Parts, Processes, Tools and Designs to complete a cohesive, correct and complete build plan and experience in running improvement projects in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Environment.

2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

787 build plan and Production structures, electrical or interiors installations or flight line experience is a plus.

Knowledge and use of 787 Aircraft systems (i.e. ENOVIA, DELMIA, CMES, ADPP, ETAC, IVT, CATIA, FTIC, REDARs and Boeing Change Process).

Works independently and competently with little direction and supervision on daily tasks.

Pay Range Summary :

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Mid-Level : $65,450- $88,550

Senior Level : $76,500- $103,500
