Meta is looking for a Strategic Planning and Operations Business Analyst
We seek a highly detail-oriented and quantitative Business Analyst to help drive operational excellence for the Monetization Partnerships team.
This person will be responsible for driving sales operations and processes that enable partner-facing and client-facing teams to make strategic decisions.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Configure, Price, Quote process :
- Manage for key clients in Salesforce; co-own / support end-to-end development of data quality workflows.
- Consult and liaise with various stakeholders across orgs and teams to gather and confirm business requirements
- Prioritize critical business requests and negotiate with the business on competing requirements
- Manage database updates based on stakeholder requests.
- Drive prioritization, process improvement and efficiencies :
- Recommend, design and independently implement current and future-state business processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and connect the dots between teams to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration.
- Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved.
- Stakeholders and change management :
- Work closely with stakeholders, and with Technical teams directly to architect technology solutions to meet client needs.
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impacts.
- Change management; provide SME support to system and / or process changes to key stakeholders.
- Build and scale insights :
- Independently derive insights from large data sets and communicate recommendations to varied audiences, including preparing presentations for senior leadership.
- Develop insights from Salesforce data and dashboards for partner and client-facing team
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in English
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Located in Miami, with proven experience working with stakeholders across North America and LATAM countries
- Advanced experience with SFDC Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ).
- 8+ years experience in business or sales operations, analytics or planning.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills. Experience proactively providing practical business insights and implementing solutions from diverse, complex business processes.
- Proven experience in independently driving end-to-end process implementation, including managing across multiple XFN partners simultaneously and influencing senior stakeholder buy-in.
- Advanced organizational, change and project management skills.
- Advanced Excel spreadsheet modeling skills, and adept in Microsoft / Google office tools.
- Strong communication skills to senior leadership.
- Must be self-driven and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Speaks Spanish and / or Portuguese
- Experience in establishing operational discipline and rhythm for businesses and teams
- Advanced SQL knowledge. Knowledge in reproducing or scaling analyses
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business, or other quantitative or process disciplines
- Proven experience leading / influencing stakeholders at different levels of an organization
The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $38.63 / hour - $48.29 / hour.
