Join Our Team as a Converting Operator - Tier Four

Location : Sussex, WI

Schedule : Monday-Friday | 6 : 45 AM - 3 : 00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Converting Operator , you'll be at the heart of our production process-setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Your day-to-day will include :

• Setting up and operating machinery per production specs and safety protocols
• Performing machine startups, shutdowns, and basic troubleshooting
• Monitoring operations to maintain consistent quality and output
• Conducting routine inspections and basic maintenance
• Adjusting machine settings to optimize performance
• Operating electric pallet jacks, roll lifts, and hoists
• Documenting production data and reporting issues
• Performing quality checks in line with our Quality Management System
• Keeping your work area clean and organized
• Supporting other tasks as needed
