ITRADE STEM is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our client company's product strategy and execution.
The CPO will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business goals and customer needs.
This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in product management, particularly in the technology sector, and experience in working with cross-functional teams.
This opportunity is located in the Tampa, FL and Naples, FL area, with the option of being remote.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.
- Lead the product management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet market needs and customer expectations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Establish and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
- Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, using data-driven insights to inform future product decisions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team.
- Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall company strategy and decision-making.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in building and scaling successful products, particularly in the technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with offshore engineering teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with behavioral marketing and display management solutions is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
