Required Qualifications

7+ years of professional software experience, with a focus on Growth Engineering or A / B Testing

Experience generating and executing product experiments that significantly scaled users and revenue

Proven ability to drive technical tooling and processes around experimentation

Ownership mindset with comfort in responsibility and accountability

Passion for education and making an impact on children's lives
