Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations : greet visitors, answer and route phone calls and emails
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile credit card transactions
• Support Sales and Use tax tracking and reconciliation
• Aid in job setup, tracking, and maintenance
• Assist with inventory transactions and reporting
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain office supplies and general inventory
• Support special accounting projects and administrative initiatives as needed
