Overview

Job Purpose

The New York Stock Exchange (an Intercontinental Exchange company) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Market Data Administration business unit as a business analyst.

This role will be supporting the firm's Market Data Account Management team and their customers, with the opportunity to progress to an account management role.

Responsibilities include supporting senior team members to maintain customer relationships, follow up on customer inquiries, generate reports and perform analysis related to the market data subscription services.

The candidate should have strong communications and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior team members to maintain customers relationships.
  • Generate and analyze reports, perform research and analysis, and assist with solutions development.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their market data needs, assist in licensing customers for data subscriptions.
  • Manage process documentation related operational procedures.
  • Be involved and learn about the market data industry.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a field that demonstrates analytical disciplines.
  • 1+ year work experience or internship in a similar environment or role.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Must have high levels of curiosity, be self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong Excel skills preferred.

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.

New York Base Salary Range

The expected base salary for this role if located in New York City is between $76,000 - 136,500. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation.

While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
