Duration : 26 weeks
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and test patients' physical and mental abilities to develop rehabilitation goals
- Manage medical treatment for upper extremity conditions, including chronic conditions like arthritis and neurological issues such as strokes
- Consult with the rehabilitation team to select appropriate activity programs and coordinate therapy with other therapeutic activities
- Supervise a part-time hand therapist and manage a full caseload independently
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, with a preference for candidates experienced in hand therapy
- National Certification as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)
- State certification as an Occupational Therapist with Physical Agent Modality and Hand Therapy
