Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer ServiceRepresentative to join our team. The ideal candidate will haveexcellent communication skills a friendly demeanor and a passionfor helping customers resolve their issues efficiently.
As aCustomer Service Representative you will be the first point ofcontact for our customers providing support and ensuring anexceptional customer experience.
KeyResponsibilities :
CustomerInteraction :
- Handleinbound and outbound customer calls emails and live chat inquiriesin a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products services andcompany policies.
- Resolve customer complaintsand issues effectively aiming for firstcontactresolution.
ProblemSolving :
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problemsproviding appropriate solutions.
- Escalatecomplex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor whennecessary.
Documentation andFollowUp :
- Recordcustomer interactions and details of inquiries complaints andcomments in the customer service database.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfactoryresolution.
Team Collaboration :
- Work closely with other departments such asSales Technical Support and Marketing to provide cohesive customersupport.
- Participate in team meetings andtraining sessions to improve service skills and productknowledge.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalentrequired.
Experience withCRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
Strongproblemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word Excel Outlook).
